Approved policy: 250 NFTs, three lifetime mints per wallet, 0 SOL plus transaction fees and rent. The 604800-second window includes its start and excludes its end. Supply locked at registration. No reserved allocations. No administrator mint bypass.
Eligibility requires current ownership of a qualifying genuine Mainnet Pixel Bulldogs Core NFT. Devnet fixtures do not prove Mainnet ownership.

Founders #001 is limited to 250 NFTs under the deployed mint controller. The program retains an upgrade authority for maintenance and security purposes. Its supply restrictions are enforced by the currently deployed program code and are not permanently immutable.
This disclosure describes the controller policy; it does not announce a live Founders mint. The NFT does not permanently store all comic pages on-chain. NFT ownership does not automatically convey copyright or commercial reproduction rights.
